3Terms and conditions
The rented premises shall only be used as a holiday residence to the exclusion of any professional activity. The tenant shall enjoy the rented premises, equipment and furnishings with due diligence. He acknowledges to have read the description of the premises as specified by the decree of 16 May 1967, appended to this document.

RESERVATION
Reservation is only definitive after the contract has been returned signed with the advance payment.

PRICE AND GUARANTEE DEPOSIT
The prices include heating, water and electricity. A guarantee deposit is requested to guarantee the return of the premises, equipment and furnishings in good condition. Any complaints concerning the rented premises and the inventory must be made to the agency within 24 hours of receiving the keys. The tenant is answerable for the objects listed on the inventory. He shall be bound to: - refund the price of all the missing or damaged objects at the replacement price. - refund the price for cleaning bedding (if necessary) and the price for any repairs required to the premises (walls, ceilings, paintwork, etc.) - leave the premises perfectly clean, the cost of any necessary cleaning being deducted from the guarantee deposit. If the costs exceed the amount of the guarantee deposit, the tenant undertakes to pay the balance.

EQUIPMENT IN THE FURNISHED ACCOMMODATION
The furnished accommodation is equipped with the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking and tableware in sufficient quantity for the maximum number of persons indicated in this contract.

OCCUPANCY
The tenant shall not lend or sub-let the premises to third parties, even free of charge, without the agency's agreement. The tenant undertakes to respect the co-ownership regulations. The furnished accommodation shall not IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER be occupied by a number of people exceeding that specified on the contract. Failing this the contract can be terminated immediately without deduction of the initial rental price. The agency reserves the right to visit the rented premises during the rental period, in particular if the premises are put for sale.

INSURANCE
The agency declines all responsibility in the case of theft, burglary and risks incurred by the tenant's furnishing objects in the case of incident. The tenant's insurance shall not be exercise any recourse against the landlord or his representative in the case of incident. The tenant is bound to take out an insurance policy covering the risks of tenancy and any incident that could be ascribable to him.

CANCELLATION
If the cancellation is made at the latest 8 weeks before the date specified for occupancy of the premises, the prepayment shall be refunded to the tenant, less administrative costs. If the cancellation is made less than 8 weeks before the date specified for occupancy of the premises, the prepayment shall be kept by the agency.

PAYMENT
25% of the rental price is payable on reservation as a prepayment. The balance of the rental price and the guarantee deposit are payable on arrival when the keys are handed over.

TOURIST TAX
By express agreement, the tenant undertakes to pay the agency on the day of his arrival the TOURIST TAX applicable in the commune in addition to the balance of the rent and at the same time as the latter.

ATTRIBUTION OF COMPETENCE
For the execution of this contract, the undersigned parties elect domicile in the agency's offices and agree that, in the case of dispute, the competent court shall be the one with jurisdiction for the place where the rented premises are located.

COLLECTION OF KEYS
Keys are collected from the agency (the offices are open daily Monday to Friday from 9am to noon and 2.30pm to 7pm, Saturday from 9am to 7pm. Skeleton service/Minimum opening hours on Sundays).
